1 of 1 of a kind is a venture ( part of
'best, with a dash of worse' ), in which discarded photographs - orphaned and homeless - were sent by mail in an attempt to find them a new place, appreciation and eyes to look at them. We tend to think of photographs as an infinite mass ever accumulating, and an endless amount of copies of the same images, but ever since we shifted to the digital domain the printed image of the photo album has dissipated and slowly fades away. Left behind, no longer wanted or needed, they hold to many stories who lost their context upon losing their owner and family. This is our last chance to look at them again.
